How do I track my order status? Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?

You will receive email on the confirmation of purchase and another email regarding details date of delivery.

When will I receive my order?

For Malaysian residents, your purchase will be delivered within 5 working days. For international shipments, we will inform you accordingly. 

How do I return a product (Item) and how I truck my return status?

Email us all the details and reasons for return at merchandise@mercymission.my

How do I know the stock MM Store has?

Items will not be shown in the website if there are no stock.

What is the payment method of the store?

We accept credit/debit card and several other payment option. For bank transfer and other offline methods email us first at merchandise@mercymission.my

Do you keep my credit card details?

No we do store or keep your credit card details.
