2b) Shipping & Delivery
After you have successfully placed your order you can expect to receive your order in 5 working days.
- Local shipping is free of charge
- Overseas shipping is subject to minimum charge. Please check www.sure-reach.com for delivery charges
Please note that all Items in one order will be delivered at the same time. Items ordered in different receipt is not guaranteed to be delivered at the same time. 2c) Privacy & Security
According to Mercy Mission Malaysia’s policy,
- No Credit Card/ Debit Card details shall be stored with us. Therefore you are required to re-enter your Card information upon every order.
- All personal information of the customers shall be treated highly confidential and never be used for any purposes.
- All contact details of the customers shall be treated highly confidential and never be used for any purpose except for promotions/discounts and events offered by Mercy Mission Malaysia and its subsets.

2d) Returns & Replacements
If you wish to return any item purchased, by any reason, you may return it in 14 calendar days.
Process of return:

   1. Make sure the item is qualified to be returned

  • Item is in its original packing

  • Items is not used/worn

  • The proof of payment is available

  • The receipt is available

  2. You may choose any courier service to send the item back to:

  4. Wait for quality evaluation process (1 – 7 working days)

  5. Get your payment refunded in your account

  • The courier fee used to return the item(s) is borne by the customer.

  • The replacement of items should follow the same process as return.

      You can only order your items through our mobile app.
      No phone order is available.

2f) Payment, Pricing & Promotions
      Promotion:

  • No promotion code can be applied on existing order

  • Promotion code cannot be applied on “SALE”/ promotion/ discounted items

  • To use promotion code you are required to have an account on Mercy Mission Malaysia shop
